If you are having problems with the website or would prefer to speak to someone to place your order, please call during the office hours above and we will be happy to help. Q: Do you deliver on a Saturday? No. It is very unusual for a parcel to arrive on a Saturday or Bank Holiday and these should not be considered delivery days. Ordinarily your order would be with you on the next available weekday. Q: Who will deliver my parcel and what happens if I am not in? Your delivery will require a signature so wherever possible please make sure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If you are not in when they try to deliver your parcel they may attempt to leave it in a safe place (such as with a neighbour) or another delivery attempt will be made the following day. If they have been unable to deliver and left you a card, please call the number provided to arrange redelivery. We use a number of carriers including DPD, Citylink and Royal Mail. Q: My order was despatched a few days ago but I have still not received it – what should I do? Delivery is normally within 24 hours of despatch, but this may take longer to certain areas of the UK and at very busy periods. Please allow 5 working days from the point of receiving email notification of despatch before contacting us unless you have reason to believe there has been a problem with delivery. Q: Can I place an order for delivery to an address outside the UK? Yes, we ship to a number of European countries as listed below. Q: How can I return an item? We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receipt*. Full instructions are included on the packing slip within your parcel. Any item returned must be unworn and in fully saleable condition, complete with labels still attached and in the original packaging. You can generate a returns label for £3.99 on our delivery and returns page, and you can drop your parcel off at any of the 4000 convenience stores nationwide - all open late and 7 days a week - who will issue you with a tracking number so you can see when your parcel has been received. We regret that if you are not in the locality of one of these stores we are not able to offer this service.Although it covers most of the UK there are areas (including the Isle of Man and some parts of the Highlands) where the service has not yet been made available - but please do keep checking as this is being updated all the time

We recommend that you use a service with suitable insurance cover and obtain proof of posting. IN PERSON At our shop in Buckshaw Village, near Chorley. Please be sure to bring your delivery note with you as we may be unable to process your exchange/refund without it.
In the unlikely event of a product being damaged/faulty on receipt please contact us immediately before attempting to return it to us. Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods at the time of placing your order. * This period is extended for purchases made during November/December which may be returned up until the end of the first week in January. Q: What do I do if an item I have received is faulty/damaged? The vast majority of items purchased from our website are covered by the relevant manufacturers’ guarantee policy. If any product purchased from us is faulty/damaged on receipt, or develops a manufacturing fault within its warranty period, please contact us by phone or email straight away to discuss repair/replacement. Please have your original receipt to hand and be ready to quote your invoice/order number. Warranties do not cover undue wear and tear.
