These boots are affected by some cosmetic blemishing. 
They are still brand new, unworn and guaranteed to be waterproof - and at this price represent outstanding value - but if you are looking for a 'fashion boot' (to use for going shopping in, for example) then these may not be the ones for you.  They are a cheap pair of Hunter wellies for anyone needing a 'thing of purpose', and while the flaws are often quite minor they vary from one boot to the next and should not be purchased if you require something 100% perfect in appearance.  

As an example, the most common flaw (but not the only one) is known as 'blooming' - a naturally occurring white waxy film on the surface of the boot.  The worst of this can normally be wiped away, but in some instances may leave behind slight discolouration/roughened texture to the surface. 

We are unable to replace these boots for reasons related to cosmetic appearance.
