DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

FREE for all orders. 


How long does it take?
 

Over 99% of orders placed before 2.30pm with Welly Warehouse are delivered the following weekday.

As a guideline, if you order before:
2.30pm Monday to Thursday – we aim to deliver the following day.
2.30pm on Friday – we aim to deliver on Monday.
Orders placed between 3.00pm on Friday and 3.00pm on Monday – we aim to deliver on Tuesday. 

Applies to addresses in England and Wales.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, offshore and parts of Scotland normally take longer.

We offer next working day delivery as our standard service, and we work closely with a Yodel to deliver the next working day in most instances, however this should not be considered a guarantee. We do as much as we can to see that goods arrive within the timescale above, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed and we are unable to offer compensation for delay.

If there is going to be a delay in despatching your order we will inform you via email. Please be sure to add info@wellywarehouse.co.uk to your list of approved send ers to ensure that our emails reach you.

All deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. We can deliver to any UK address (eg. your work address or a friend/family member) if that helps.


Do you deliver on a Saturday?

No. It is very unusual for a parcel to arrive on a Saturday or Bank Holiday and these should not be considered delivery days. Ordinarily your order would be with you on the next available weekday.


Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Full instructions are included on the packing slip within your parcel.

When you are returning an item as bulky and heavy as a pair of wellies we know how expensive it can be through the post office or a standard courier service.  We provide a great and easy to use solution designed to save you money - our Collect Plus Returns Service.  A returns label costs just £3.99 by clicking on the link above, and you can drop your parcel off at any of the 4000 convenience stores nationwide - all open late and 7 days a week.  Find your nearest participating store here.  

Please obtain proof of posting and keep hold of this until you have received confirmation from us that your goods have been received.  

We regret that if you are not in the locality of one of these shops we are unable to offer this service.  Although it covers most of the UK there are areas (including Isle of Man and some areas of the Highlands) where the service has not yet been made available - but do keep checking as this is changing all the time.  

IN PERSON
At our shop in Buckshaw Village, near Chorley.  Please be sure to bring your delivery note with you as we may be unable to process your exchange/refund without it. 

POST OR CARRIER
If neither of the above is convenient for you (or if you are returning a very small/lightweight item such as a pair of socks that could be cheaper to return by Royal Mail) you can of course make your own arrangements to return the goods to us through any postal carrier.  We recommend that you use a service with suitable insurance cover and obtain proof of posting.  Our address for returns is:

In the unlikely event of a product being damaged/faulty on receipt please contact us immediately for a returns authorisation before attempting to return the item to us. We regret that if we receive items back without a returns authorisation number we may be unable to offer full compensation for any costs you incur.

Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods at the time of placing your order.
