Full/part time positions available immediately.

Prior telephone based customer services experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.  Excellent communication skills are essential, plus the ability to deliver a positive first impression, build customer rapport, resolve problems and work as part of a team.  Basic IT skills are also essential.

A friendly, professional and helpful manner are key requirements as the job largely entails dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and via email.
