Returns

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt.

Items being returned must be unworn and in a fully saleable condition. Tags will need to be attached and all of the original packing will be required.  In all cases please wrap the goods and their branded box/packaging in outer packaging such as the delivery bag it arrived in.  Please do not apply sellotape or stickers to the packaging of the product itself.  

How to Arrange a Return:

REQUEST:

Login to My Account which can be found in the top right hand corner of the screen, just under the search bar

Select Product Returns which can found in the left hand menu within My Account

Select Request a new Product Return 

Find your order in the list shown - 'Select' will appear to the right of any orders eligible for return

Follow the on-screen instructions, selecting the item/s and quantities you wish to return, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange

In the case of an exchange, please check and select the address you would like it posted to.  (If you wish to add a new address please click on Address Book which can be found in the left hand menu under My Account, add the address and then restart the Product Return Process) 

If you need to enter any additional comments or instructions you can do so in the Comments Section

AUTHORISATION:

Once you have completed the above for all of the products you wish to return, click Submit.  We will review and authorise your return request within 24-48 hours (or the next working day if submitted over a weekend) and send an email to advise you.  Please be sure to check your Junk Email Folder if you have not received anything.  

SENDING YOUR PARCEL: 

Please log back into My Account to view your Product Return and print the Returns Form to enclose within your returned goods parcel.

Return postage is paid by the customer except where an incorrect or defective item has been supplied.  We recommend that you use a reputable courier with suitable insurance cover. Items that go missing in transit with the courier are unable to be refunded or exchanged. Hold on - to any proof of posting that you recieve from your selected courier until you have received your refund/exchange.

There are a number of cost effective courier returns services available such as myHermes and Collectplus where you can purchase and print your label online and drop your parcel off at one of thousands of convenience stores across the UK.  If your parcel is likely to cost more than £5 via the post office we recommend that you check these websites for more affordable options. 

Once a return has been accepted - you have 14 days to return the item. Items received back outside of this period will be refunded via a gift card which can be used up to 1 year after issue.
