Returns

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt.

Items being returned must be unworn and in a fully saleable condition. Tags will need to be attached and all of the original packings will be required.  In all cases please wrap the goods and their branded box/packaging in outer packaging such as the delivery bag it arrived in.  Please do not apply sellotape or stickers to the packaging of the product itself.  

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN:

Log in to My Account which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the screen, just under the search bar

Select My Returns which can found in the left-hand menu within My Account

Select Request New Return 

Find your order in the list shown and tick the check box to the left of the order number

You will now see each item on the order. Tick / untick the items you wish to return

Once done scroll to the bottom and click Next Step

Follow the on-screen instructions, selecting the reason for return, condition and and whether you would like a refund or exchange

In the case of an exchange, please add what you would like the exchange to be in the Additional Information box at the bottom of the form.

Where you are returning items under warranty, please attach pictures of the damaged items to the return form. Please note each picture can be no bigger then 5MB in size.

If you need to enter any additional comments or instructions you can do so in the Additional Information section

Once completed click Submit Request

An email confirming receipt of your request will be sent

A member of staff will review the return request and be in touch with any questions or next steps. This can take from 24 to 48 hours (or the next working day if submitted over a weekend).  Please be sure to check your Junk Email Folder if you have not received the initial email acknowledging your request.  

SENDING YOUR PARCEL

Once you have received approval an email with instructions for return will be sent to you. You can also see any information/instructions/attachments sent to you by logging back in to My Account and accessing My Returns.

From here you will be able to print and enclose any returns form issued.

Return postage is paid by the customer except where an incorrect or defective item has been supplied.  We recommend that you use a reputable courier with suitable insurance cover. Items that go missing in transit with the courier are unable to be refunded or exchanged. Hold on - to any proof of posting that you receive from your selected courier until you have received your refund/exchange.

There are a number of cost effective courier returns services available such as myHermes and Collectplus where you can purchase and print your label online and drop your parcel off at one of the thousands of convenience stores across the UK.  If your parcel is likely to cost more than £5 via the post office we recommend that you check these websites for more affordable options. 

Once a return has been accepted - you have 14 days to return the item. Items received back outside of this period will be refunded via a gift card which can be used up to 1 year after issue.
