Built on a women's last for a ladies specific fit.
Calf width: 38cm.
Fully lined in soft, full grain calf leather supplied only by French and Italian tanneries. Treated to resist dampness and remain supple even in contact with water.
The leather encloses the foot completely for superior comfort.
Quick-drying removable leather insoles.
Full length zip to make the boot as easy to put on and take off as a shoe; also improving the fit by closing the boot in around the heel and ankle giving support to the wearer and eliminating space for cold air to generate.
The internal gusset around the zip housing ensures that the Chasseur remains 100% waterproof.
DuPont Kevlar fibres are used in the natural rubber mix to reinforce the foot areas.
Abrasion resistant grip outsole for traction on uneven, slippery, muddy and soft terrain.
Shank reinforcement board for better stability and anti-fatigue arch support.
Also available in unisex/men's sizes for a more generous fit in the foot and calf.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE IN LE CHAMEAU WELLINGTON BOOTS
The Le Chameau Chasseur range is available in a variety of width fittings including:
LADIES SLIM FIT
The ladies' specific boot is narrower throughout the foot, ankle and calf. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up in the ladies' boot which is relatively neat.UNISEX FIT (39-52cm calf)
Select from a choice of calf widths for an almost bespoke fit.Built on a unisex/men's last, these sizes are suitable for either men or women.
Women will find them quite generous in the foot, especially in comparison to the ladies' specific boot, and we would not normally recommend sizing up in the unisex fitting when it is for a woman.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR CALF
- Wearing what you would normally want to wear inside your wellies (trousers/jeans and thick socks, for example), sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Wrap a tape measure (or piece of string that can be measured afterwards) comfortably tight around the widest part of your calf, inserting either one or two fingers between the tape and your leg.
- Take a note of this measurement, which will give you the ideal calf size for your wellington boots.
