We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

If you are purchasing as Christmas gifts, any items purchased between 1st October and 15th December may be returned for refund up until 15th January.

We are happy to refund your goods subject to them being unworn and in a fully saleable, new condition. Tags will need to be attached and all of the original packaging will be required.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return and issue the refund after it has been delivered back to us.

If you would like any items in exchange please place a new order via the website.


RETURNING AN ITEM TO US

OPTION 1

USING OUR PRE-PAID ROYAL MAIL SERVICE

BEST FOR A SINGLE PAIR OF WELLINGTON BOOTS
Returns using our pre-paid service with Royal Mail are subject to a £3 handling fee per parcel, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • PACKAGE YOUR RETURN
    To keep within the size limits set by Royal Mail you will need one parcel PER PAIR of wellington boots in order to use this pre-paid service. Any smaller accessories may be included in the parcel, but only a single pair of boots.
    If you are returning multiple pairs you will need to package them separately and raise a NEW LABEL for each pair - or take a look at Option 2 lower down the page.
  • ENCLOSE THE RETURNS FORM
    Please complete and enclose the returns form which you can download here
    To save wasting paper we no longer include a returns form or instructions in our parcels - if you do not have a printer you can simply write the required information on any piece of paper instead.
  • CREATE YOUR PRE-PAID RETURNS LABEL
    You will need one label/parcel PER PAIR of wellington boots.

  • DROP OFF AT ANY POST OFFICE
    You can either print your label off and stick it to the outside of your parcel or scan the QR code at your Post Office where they will print and attach the label for you.
  • OPTION 2

    USING YOUR PREFERRED POSTAL SERVICE

    Owing to the size and weight of most wellington boot boxes, we understand that they can be expensive to post, so we offer the above subsidised returns service so that you never have to pay more. However, this is an entirely optional service and you are welcome to post your return back to us using an alternative method of your choice, at your own expense.
    If you have multiple pairs to return to us, you may prefer to package them together in a larger box and post this back to us via your own choice of courier. There are a number of websites where you can purchase courier postage online at affordable rates, which may work out better than splitting your return into individual parcels using the pre-paid Royal Mail service above.
    Please make sure you have enclosed our returns form here (if you do not have a printer please simply write the required information on a piece of paper) and address your parcel to:

    You do not need to contact us prior to returning goods providing they are within the terms of our returns policy.

    Hold on to your proof of posting until you have received your exchange and/or confirmation of your refund from us.

    If you are using our pre-paid Royal Mail service you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link so that you can track your return on its way back to us.

    Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to us. You will be notified by email as soon as your refund has been processed.

    If you would like any items in exchange please place a new order via the website.

    INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED

    If you have received an item in your order which is either an incorrect item or imperfect/faulty in any way, please email us before making a return as the process may be different.

    HOW TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL TO US:

    OPTION 1

    USING OUR £4.50 RETURNS SERVICE

    • Use your postcode to locate your nearest Collect Plus drop off point here.
    • Print our returns form here and enclose it in your parcel.
    • If you do not have a printer you can simply write the required information on a piece of paper to enclose in your parcel.
    • Please follow the packaging instructions on the form carefully.
    • You can purchase a Collect Plus returns label here for just £4.50.
    • Then simply drop it off at your chosen drop off point.

    OPTION 2
